We have added a new Windows Web Server -
Windows 2003 Standard
Dual XEON 2.8GHz
4GB DDRII RAM
250GBx2 RAID1 SATA (Hot-Swap)
Dual Gigabit Network Cards
All new signups will be going to this server. .NET 2.0 is fully supported on this server. To use .NET 2.0, customers will need to submit a ticket after enabling ASP.NET from their control panel. By default, the control panel will install .NET 1.1
This conventional upgrade process can take upto 20 hours.
Some of WIN accounts will be suspended untill we finish the upgrade, so customers need not worry.
We have off-site backups of Win6 that are less than 24 hours old. All data will be restored. Also, email servers remain fully functional. We appologise for the issue and we are doing our level best to speed up the upgrade
